	David Bray Pastor As a graduate of Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon, David was ordained in 1981. He has been married for 35 years to his wife Melani and has 3 children and 1 grandchild. Having served churches in California, Idaho and Kansas, he has been preaching for the last 27 years.
	Sharon Rice Secretary Sharon has served as secretary and office administrator at San Carlos First Baptist since November 1994. Sharon graduated from Grove City college with a BA in Religious Studies and Elementary Education. After teaching elementary and pre-school for 7 years, she took time off to be home with her 4 children before joining the church staff. Sharon and her husband, Larry, who have been married for 31 years, attend First Presbyterian church in San Mateo where he is the Director of Worship and Music Ministries.
	Jeff Shankle Youth Pastor Jeff comes originally from Richmond, VA before he served as a youth pastor in Denver, CO. He has been speaking to youth groups, faith communities, and non-profits for over ten years while also directing community service focused youth camps. He has traveled to over 35 states and 6 countries through this ministry and still insists on riding his bicycle to work.
